This week:
Chicago (again) - For all of 48 hours, I returned to the Windy City. Oddly, it was warmer than NYC was. Many were angry about this. Got back to my fav bookstore there. Then, hopped a plane to...
Dallas (again) - Warmer here. Mucho warmer. And time for some observations:
- Cars seem bigger here, I know in reality they're not, but they do. A friend of mine has a car that's so big there that you need a passport to enter it.
- Everything BBQ is good.
- I ate Fried Pickles for the first time this week. They taste a lot better than you think they do.
- Flying is like going to the dentist, it's an annoying process that is unfortunately necessary. Although, hell froze over on Friday, I got into Newark EARLY, on a FRIDAY, during DAYLIGHT. This is impossible. It is, scientifically. Check it out. There are studies to prove this.
