Who brings a fishing pole to Disneyworld?

For once a quieter day!

Woke up around 9ish, and we grabbed breakfast at the Boardwalk hotel, something we did last trip. We ate on a balcony, very peaceful and serene.

After, made our way back to Epcot where we strolled around, and rode the Mexico ride again (future research for next year) and fastpassed Soaring. Park was busier today and the weather was warmer. Dang heat, this trip I've been showering 3 times a day.

So, this is how my life works...got a call from a friend on tuesday who wanted to meet up this past week because he snagged some stuff from his company's store, I tell him I can't meet him this week, but that next week is good, he can't make that because he is, oddly, going to Orlando this week and staying for a week. So plans were made then to meet up. That day is today, his family has a house in Kissimee, and we head over for a BBQ. Also meeting us there is another former coworker who just moved down to Florida (we all used to work together).

We head over there and meet Aneil and the rest of his family, including his son Aidan. I brought his son some Legos (shockingly for those who know me, he says with heavy sarcasm) and we have a great afternoon and evening.

We head back at around 9ish so that we can pack.

After packing, we walked around the lagoon a bit, where we saw a man fishing, which begs the question: Who brings a fishing pole to Disneyworld?

Obviously, he was a guest, but what was his thought process that said: you know, them's good fishin' in that them there lagoon at epcot?

Something to ponder...more to come later, wrote this one from my phone as I wait to take off...
