I attempted to switch Marlene's T-mobile account under my corporate one which would have a discount. Here's a portion of the rejection email I got back...

I have reviewed the usage on your account for the past three months and I found that our Individual Get More would meet and exceed your calling needs. This plan includes the following: 300 anytime minutes,unlimited weekends for $39.99 per month. By changing your rate plan you may be required to extend your contractual agreement with T-Mobile.
OK how about a big WTF? So, let me get this straight, I should apparently give up the 1000 minutes per month I have and go for the 300 minutes per month (with unlimited weekends, not nights, but weekends...).
